the rooms include a separate dressing area and a toilet separated from the shower! there is also a large balcony offering city views. the buffet breakfast was extensive and featured a wide variety of options. vy in guest relations was very helpful and ensured we had a good stay.

the color in some common areas seemed a little worn.

The suite offered a separate bath alongside an high-pressure shower, i loved it. the breakfast presented a beautiful range of fruits and pastries. A gluten-free station was also available. staff consistently provided super helpful assistance.

The location is close to many attractions, the imperial city, the thien mu pagoda and the perfume river. exploring local cuisine and visiting historical sites were very accessible from the hotel. It was very easy to access the city!

the adjustable air conditioning worked well, even when i was out of the room.

My family and i stayed one night in a suite. the receptionist welcomed us warmly upon check-in. the room had a nice perfume. the staff was skilled and friendly. Sophie gave me good advice.

the hotel could use some new carpeting, it looked a little tired on the surface.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was tasty. vanessa and tom supported my kid during breakfast. the restaurant has excellent international dishes and desserts. Chocolate souffles were prepared deliciously, three times in a row!

The hotel has an amazing and helpful staff, they were very cute during check-in. we were offered welcome drinks. Julia checked us in and out. the spa was relaxing, and my massage was wonderful! frankly, it was great!

The hotel felt very clean with attentive staff. the room included all necessary amenities. i enjoyed the large pool for lap swims. It looked like a 25m pool. if i return, i would definitely stay here again.

the room i stayed in had a slight, weird smell, though the drinks at the bar were fantastic.
